Urine is first treated with a neutraliser to break down the odour and residue, followed by a rinse containing an antibacterial deodoriser to eliminate bacteria. The process is often repeated for thorough results.
Are normally always tea and coffee stains. These stains can need two stain removal products and I like to use a product called “stain pro” (which is a product by Prochem) used for breaking the stain down and a stain remover named “coffee stain remover” to neutralise the brown colouring.
Meats, sauses, salad oils, fruit, cordials, red wine are a combination of acidic and oil based stains these can be removed with alkaline based spotters and mineral solvents. These spotters are always neutralised after removal of the stain.
None food or beverage stains are commonly ink, cosmetics, glue play doe .these stains are normally moved with mineral solvents glue spot and ink spot removers.
Many coloured stains are dye stains and need to be dealt with quickly or they set quite quickly.

This service is carried out with discretion and the utmost respect and dignity for the client. I’ve carried out this service for years and over the years have provided this service in residential and nursing homes.
Staining from bodily fluids and some food and drink stains can be problematic to remove even though DIY removal of any residues has been carried out, if the stain hasn’t been treated and extracted, the stain may set making the removal of discolouration impossible.
I recommend no more than a week should pass before treatment and removal is recommended. Dye stains can set within days and becomes unremovable.
